Interview on the digitalization of order processing at Ancofer
In the August issue of the trade magazine Stahlmarkt, Joost van Dijk, Managing Director of Ancofer Stahlhandel, describes the introduction of Kaltenbach.Solutions' digital solution in the sheet metal warehouse at the Mühlheim an der Ruhr site.
The current processing status of all orders is visible via the "Order Manager" software module and orders can be tracked along their entire path through the process chain. This is efficient, makes work easier for employees in the sheet metal warehouse and increases customer satisfaction.
